Just another chapter in my cancer journey
This message is for Lauren the Guest Services Specialist. I
want to thank Lauren for setting me up with a beautiful room and buffet for me
and my husband on February 18th leaving on the 19th. She is an example of the
most caring person I know. I am most likely going to die this year according to
my Oncologist. I am on the very last resort drug infusion until April after
that there isn't anything else left to try. I knew from the beginning that this
small cell cancer is untreatable. She has given me a chance at having a fun
weekend at Four Winds New Buffalo, MI before I start this new dangerous
infusion. I loved the beautiful room and wonderful buffet she gave me as a
loyal W Club member. I didn't have a chance to visit Four Winds for a few
months because of chemo and infusions for immunotherapy. I would like the
person in charge of employees to know what a valuable person she is. Thank you,
Four Winds New Buffalo and Lauren, (I don't know her last name) for a wonderful
memory.
